I always use the tactic of pricing on the cusp so I can attract more buyers. I just laugh at all the agents that don’t do this. It just makes sense…when you enter a search you don’t enter #99,999 You enter an even number. Therefore, that listing won’t show to all the people searching in the next bracket. Plus, it makes you look more knowledgeable to the seller since most agents don’t know this!

Love this visual thank you! Do people search with a minimum number? This part has always confused me since I haven’t personally searched like this and didn’t realize others might be searching in a very specific bracket versus “500k and under” for example.

I used this strategy on my last three listing consultation appointments and I won all three listings!!! I beat out three other agents! This strategy is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥!!!

    Love this strategy
Any tips on presenting over the phone? I prospect absentees/out of state and about half will jump on a zoom but the others want to just keep it at a phone call

Good way to get the conversation more objective than the emotionality of their home and what they guess they “deserve”

The value for what you’re given me to use on my listing presentation is just pure gold! Brandon I’m definitely going to show up at your show to be the proof that this stuff only only works, but that it makes you rich!
