It comes out so naturally!! It truly is your CP script. The packet or brochure that you leave with the client is perfect. My question is, how do you overcome the body language objection of the person that doesn’t smile at your jokes? Just to know how to overcome that negative vibe from the client

I applied this technique to knocking on FSBOs this afternoon and 1 invited me in after initially trying to tell me he was “on his way out”, and another took my info and said would call me in 2 weeks after she finishes painting… I simply changed “dont worry, I’m not trying to get you to sell your house”, to “dont worry, I’m not trying to get you to list with me”.
That’s the ticket bro

These 6 -7-minute videos are golden. Some great coaches keep posting 30-minute videos or 90-minute interviews and I stack them up until so much time goes by, I just delete them because I will probably never get around to watching them. I would have been keen to hear his responses to the answers of his questions asked had the home owner answered differently. I’ve door knocked quite a few property sales, never thought to make a flier like that to leave behind. Will start doing that for sure.
