Why Aren’t You a Real Estate Investor?

Why aren't you a real estate investor? After all, more millionaires have been created from real estate investing than any other endeavor in life. You've probably heard the rags to riches stories of people who started with absolutely nothing and became incredibly wealthy through real estate.
They're true. They're real. I'm one of them.
I started off homeless and now I'm a multi-multi-millionaire.
Don't believe me?
Well, you can read all the details of exactly what happened in my life in the first 30 pages of my book (which I am giving to you for free, simply click the link above) and then after reading you can decide yourself whether or not my story is true.

I'm on a mission to educate and inspire people from all walks of life to become successful real estate investors and that's why I'm giving you a free copy of my best selling book, "How to be a Real Estate Investor". Again, get yours by clicking the link in the top right corner.

Real estate is all around you. It's everywhere. It's not a fad. Technology won't replace it. People will always need a place to live.

Banks offer their lowest interest rate loans on real estate. Why? Obviously because they think its their safest investment.

When done right, real estate can be the best financial investment you can make.

Are their pitfalls? Sure, if you don't know what you're doing real estate can be challenging.

But That's why education is so important. Your education can start right here by reading this book. Again, get your free copy by simply clicking the link in the top right corner.

It’s the best decision I’ve ever made. Opportunities are plentiful here on the east cost.

  • @nachosanchez6837 says:

hey do you also especulate with land for buildings? it is so profitable here in spain because we build up and not so much in houses. so you can get 3 apartments(300000€) with just 10k if you negotiate with the developer and the seller of the land. i just need the option to buy for 10k.

  • @yes230 says:

I have a question though, I think it’s not a good time to do real estate becuase of all the houses are expensive. Maybe it’s good for the people that bought the homes very cheap and can make profit right now. So for people like me that want to start out need to buy expensive houses first. Which doesn’t make sense. If you can respond that would help!

I have been doing more research and learning more about wholesaling. So my question is. I have a list of properties that are vacant in my area and i know how to look for the owner of the property, but before investing any more time into any house i find.

How do i know if it is a good deal? what are the things i need to be looking for in a good and bad deal? example: liens, deeds, mortgage, satisfaction etc.

My husband and I had a three family, a two family and two single families and our home; and it is not how you think. Tenants do not pay rent on time, thus you are late on mortgage for that house and the building and loan adds a penalty for being late; they tear up things and think you owe them, not them owing them. Do not believe everything you read. We worked on the properties from about 7:30 am to 10:00 7 days a week. Tenants are not clean people and it cost a lot to repaint and clean. Some got their rent paid by the government, and all they had to do was not pay their gas and electric for a few months and the government would pay their gas and electric bill.Example, a lady had a living room, kitchen, utility and bath on one floor and 3 bed rooms downstairs. The furnace was right under the kitchen and down stairs the was a large vent on the wall for heat down stairs. She called us and told us the furnace was not working. Of course we went right away and checked the furnace and there was nothing wrong. I removed the heat vent in the kitchen floor and it was packed with dirt. She had been sweeping everything down the vent. I started to pull the handfuls of lent out and my husband told me to just put the lent back. They could not get heat because the heat vent was packed with lent. I assume he told her that is what was wrong and for her to clean it if she wanted heat. That is just one of the
many examples. My husband got cancer and I would not let him go to a nursing home; I took care of him at home. I also took care of the properties and one day I had been at one of the houses and just got home and a tenant telephoned me saying he had pushed down on the handle to flush the toilet and broke it. I just did not contain my anger any more and hollered, “Will, fix it” and hung up. Actually their rental agreements says they are to pay for damages. He fixed it and gave me a bill for $5.00 for parts. I was willing to pay $5.00 and not have to go to the supply store, buy a handle, go to the apartment and repair the toilet and go back home to take care of my husband.

I’m not a real estate investor because it doesnt match my investment personality or my lifestyle. As a digital nomad traveling around the world, I like the freedom of highly liquid assets like options and futures, that I can access from anywhere online. But, real estate is a great investment vehicle for the right person.
