    Great content. I find it extremely helpful. However, the latest news regarding the buyer agency final ruling will happen in November not July. One final note, it would be great if you had a video with specific strategies that commercial realtors have been using as they are much more in tune with how to negotiate the commision directly from the buyer. I would love to hear their value proposition on this subject.
