I fly solo and got black balled by my office for not wanted to join someone’s team. They all put there arm around me and then turned when I didn’t join. I found out the productivity coach when you first join was optional and they got furious when I opted out. I opted out because the coach always reschedule my meeting but where quick to show up after closing to collect there 10%. No thank you!
