I had to write a letter of intent for a commercial lease in Florida. Every other deal I’ve worked on had been residential, which requires a Florida association of realtors contract form, but LOIs for commercial deals are more free form and therefore don’t have a set format you need to use in Florida. I used ChatGPT to create a good template that I modified and put in an offer with and am happy to say we closed a few weeks ago 😄 awesome program

Been using this on the business as well! It’s spreading out like a wild fire. AI is really the future! However, it has a limitation where it says it has limited knowledge for events after 2021. So discernment is the key. It can actually help out on providing insights on how to generate leads for real estate, but definitely cannot provide the complex ones, which can be helpful if others find it out.

Just FYI: its information is limited to 2021 so you need to review everything and tweak it with up-to-date info. Other than that it’s great!
You hit the nail on the head. I’ve been using it for real estate descriptions. The more you give it, the greater the descriptions! Love the email / blog idea!
Just tried a property description for my own home. The AI got nearly every detail wrong. It even says the home is in a great neighborhood and close to amenities.
My nearest neighbor is a mile away and I live miles out of town.
Don’t copy and paste. Use it for writer’s block
You need to add the features in basic format and it will populate an incredible description. You can also ask it to add certain features in follow up questions. Final tweak and it’s ready for prime time. Don’t just type in the address and hit enter
I jumped on this bot about 2 weeks ago and it is a game changer for sure! So far I’ve used it for blogs and video content and it’s amazing!

When needing a property description, don’t type in the address, just type in all the features the home has in a very basic format. The results will be amazing. Like this:
Three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, new roof, on a cul-de-sac, half an acre lot, Updated appliances, new flooring throughout, close to schools and shopping and a local hospital.
If you do it that way, the descriptions will be much better.
Suddenly I am writing superb property descriptions for my listings. AND I am not telling other agents about it 🙂

I use gpt to write video scripts as well. I don’t read them word for word, but it gives me a good roadmap

I use it to help me write chapters in my second book. I also use it to write topics and then expand topics to blogs posts, video scripts, etc.
